Yes on 5252. Nothing else has changed. Powerline adaptors are TP Link 1200, they work fine. 4K was working fine if AiProtect was turned off on 68.
Interesting, hopefully disabling AiP on your GT-Ax11000 and a reboot will help identify the possible issue?
If you do manage a reboot and 4K works, let me know so I can have a chat with ASUS regarding AiP and DSL-AC68U / GT-AX11000.
