Thanks @Six for your time and efforts, as we chatted offline and for others reading this thread, looks like DrayTeK 130 even with BT (latest) approved firmware, is causing issues with IPTV streaming, after @Six switched out DrayTeK modem (bridged) and swapped in BT HG612 modem (Stock BT Firmware) streaming (4K) streaming worked for IPTV as expected.
My Note: DrayTeK 130 Modem in UK may have BT IPTV (4K UHD) streaming issues ?
