Welcome, As you have a Plusnet router and then using an ASUS XT8 – if the XT8 is joined to the Plusnet router and you are only using a single XT8 then this cannot be a full AiMeshed router solution but more like the XT8 is acting as an AP ?
WWW > Plusnet Router > XT8
Could you help clarify router set-up a little more ie. is Plusnet router wifi disabled or are you running an ethernet cable between the two devices
