Hi,

So extended smart array test completed on the drive and it says its healthy and still only shows 1 which when i look into details, the Drive reconnected count:1 looks to mean UDMA_CRC_Error_Count: 1

So after a extended test on the drive, it still only shows 1… so not too sure what to do for the best now.  Should I replace the drive, best to be safe than sorry, albeit the drive is part of a RAID 5 so all data is safe if the drive fails *but* concern is what if another drive reports a issue? will the issue with this drive then cause a issue/problem when rebuilding the array? I’m tempted to buy a drive but also don’t want to waste the money if no reason to.

Thanks

Kev
