The above describes how to configure IPv6 for use with an ASUS router.
NAT (Network Address Translation) is an IPv4 tool that is not used in most IPv6 deployments and probable not needed if you have configured yours simular to above.
FYI:
Great reference on Wiki regarding NAT types, but in essence no real difference apart from Symmetric could be considered safer but Full cone NAT can be better suited for certain types of online gaming etc.
Both NAT options work with BT as far as I am aware (I use BT VDSL2) and Fullcone is my NAT Type settings when using an ASUS router for Gaming.
Both FTTP and FTTC (PPPoE) will not impact upon NAT settings.
