Hi all,
I’ve set it up to use the same SSID. It is outside the range of my AX86U but I’ve run a network cable and I have the AP plugged into that and it is working fine.
No errors in log, small log, nothing much happening on it and its working for what I need. One big Plus point is that the TP Link PSU is the same power as the Netgear one so I’ve been able t use the TP Link PSU for it – brilliant… cable is hidden out the way so was great not having to remove t and then feed the new power supply and hide it etc.
So far, its been up for prob couple of weeks or so now and no1 issue so far, it’s web interface responds when I randomly go t it from time to time and all is ok. I pretty much left it all as default and just set it to AP mode and set the SSID/pswd up on it and that’s it.
So far so good.
Thanks all
Kev
