Ok, so spoke with ASUS and there does not seem to be a way of manually removing offline Clients without a reboot, ‘unless you edit certain files etc’.

ASUS did say,

when you click “View List” in “Network Map”, it will rescan LAN/Wifi devices .

I have asked ASUS to consider adding the option to allow owners the ability to remove Offline Clients in the future as this must also effect the ability to block offline clients as they are not easily viewable ?
