Thanks for answering. I changed the router model, this is my first time using an ASUS router. I had a Huawei some weeks ago with no problems. This new DSL-N16 had an older firmware installed when I got it and I had the same issues I commented before, so I decided to update it to the latest version available on the official website to check if it could help but it didn’t.
