Yes, network cable is the same one. When I tried to sent the feedback form I got “The system failed to connect to the mail server(possibly caused by your ISP blocked SMTP port 25)”. I sent an e-mail with the content to the address xdsl_feedback@asus.com as the message said. I hope it’s okay that way. Thank you for your time on this case.
Interesting, who is your ISP ?
Only a thought, is router new or from Ebay and maybe worth setting the windows device (at PC)with a Static (fixed) IP address, to see if this helps?
