Hey everyone, I just saw this update on Win11 and thought I’d share my thoughts. It looks like the SMB compression tweak has made things a little more user-friendly for IT admins and us regular folks. Now there’s no need to sweat the manual compression and decompression of files on the network, which I think is really cool. Plus it helps with file transfer times, albeit at the cost of a bit higher CPU usage during transfers. It’s about time this feature got an enhancement, right?
