lol I want to get the MECM (SCCM) PXE boot working so I can play with builds on a physical device as I’d like to try and move into this area job wise as it looks like my existing role is on the way out so although probably hard to get into as no “real world” experience in it and can’t get exposure via work as pigeon hold, I’d like to actually practice building a laptop from a image and getting everything working and stuff just fine so I’m more confident when applying to try and get int that role albeit I realise most are probably now setting everything up in the cloud etc I can’t do that as that costs money to setup etc and unfortunately i just don’t have the funds for that but I’m hoping its basically the same in terms of adding drivers and getting a machine to build based and use X driver if laptop A or Y driver if laptop B etc to accommodate for different models/types etc.
Raspberry pi is on the back burner for now, this has been brought to the for front for now.
I’m also not sure a Ip Helper will work as correct me if I’m wrong but it seems IP helpers are for getting a machine in subnet A to talk to a device in subnet B and my network is all in the same subnet.
