Just got my first bill, slightly confused how they work it all out, need to take some time to work it out – its split between old tarrif and the new fixed tarrif and is slightly odd how they done it…. doesn’t work out quiet right…

For instance in first part, they owe me money as the estimated reading is way higher so they calculate it out then just put Credit but no value in ÂŁ..

then they do next month, x charge etc and then at the bottom Credit ÂŁx then hit me with the exit fee so bit confusing to work out…

Gonna take a look the weekend..

I put the figures into my S/S I keep to track usage etc and even the actual kwh usage is different to what they calculate… its always been spot on before… and so its all a bit of a mess lol

Overall it seems i’m still in credit but be nice work it out to see how they calculated it
