Just to update on this, not had any call from BT, had a “sorry your leaving us…” but that’s all.
Have received the new router (not that I plan to use it) have not received email details yet, i enquired tonight to be told I can set it up once the switch is complete and I’m on there service.. I’m sure it said would get email details sent so will wait and see. Only chased it incase they were sending details to it etc (even though I’ve given them a separate email when signing up).
Just trying to go through stuff and change my email on accounts that use BT email as been with them for a fair time.
