Doesn’t seem like you will actually get much as it seems they are saying you are unlikely to get 10k back, much less and looking at the table further down, the companies will take a fair bit off you if they win… cheapest seems to be Pogust Goodhead (My Diesel Claim), they take 50% inc. VAT & expenses. On there website however it says the max is 50% and it could be as low as 20% they take. I guess this depends on how much work they did on your case & how much your awarded. i.e. if you get 1k, I guess they unlikely to charge you 50% but if you got 10k, they might week charge 50%.. who knows.
Interesting it seems likely only VW (who settled out of court) and Mercedes have actually gone or were going to go to trial so far. Other car manufacturers have no dates set so I guess not sufficient claims/grounds to bring a case yet…
