I think ‘but not sure’, apart from Mercedes and maybe VW Group, most of the other vehicle Engine Manufactures are still challenging the emissions violations in court.
I use the term ‘Engine Manufacturer’, because Nissan as an example, they tend to use Renault Powertrains in the UK/EU.
