I did read this the other day for VW, seems for VW owners, Dieselgate claims are now closed.
Unfortunately, the Volkswagen Dieselgate claim is closed for any new claimants. Something called a statute of limitations limits the time frame in which people can claim. In this case, it was the end of 2021, six years after the VW defeat device software became publicly known in England and Wales. This means you can no longer make a VW emission claim for compensation.
