Cache can be a misleading term, as from a PC perspective there is L1, L2, and L3 Cache ?.

Cache from a computer perspective means – “short-term computer memory where information is stored for easy retrieval.”

As the PCIe NVMe card will be writing the data (cache) to SSD’s, then it should not be lost after power failure.
