Alas not my area of expertise, but anything along the line of Bosch, Smeg or Zanussi sounds a safe bet, the area I would also consider is if you currently have a 4 burner hob, maybe worth looking at the practicality of a 5 burner hob, we have a RangeMaster cooker which has five burners and the extra burner is very useful.
