Hi all,

SO just to update, switch went like few days before xmas, as expected internet went down around 1:30am, at 6am, I entered in plusnet details to router but it just said invalid login username/pswd, having double checked it, rebooting router, still the same so I left it and it seems the connection went like just after 6:15am…. I didn’t re-check till later on and was pleasantly surprised when internet loaded ok.  Checking logs revealed time it connected and I got a email around 6:30am to say switch was complete (even though when I logged into plusnet site at 6am it said completed but clearly wasn’t fully at 6am.

No further comms from BT, no final bill or refund of line rental yet.  Have contacted plusnet to find out via chat but been told need to call them so will just wait and see what happens. Should get a bill early Jan I’d of thought from BT to get that all squared away and sorted.
