It does, DNS Director forces LAN clients by Mac Address to ignore router / dhcp DNS configuration settings and use what you have specified via DNS Director.
Handy if you want say kids PC to use a family DNS filter (adult content filter), but adults use normal (unfiltered) DNS settings etc.
