Kärcher High Pressure Surface Cleaner

We use to have a Kärcher pressure washer with the patio cleaner head and it cleaned very well, alas our new jet washer ( Nilfisk ) patio cleaning head is not as good as Kärcher’s.

I keep meaning to find an adapter to allow me to use our old Kärcher patio cleaner head which I saved with our new Nilfisk Titan 120 Pressure Washer.
