It is difficult, if your house is not to big and you game via wired, I would buy the Fritz!Box 3490 and see how that goes, you can always convert it to act as modem if you are not happy.
Fritz!box does not have the ability to limit what kids see online easily, unlike ASUS AiProtection, but for everything else, they are a dream. aBT does have its own content control or you can sign up for a free account for OPENDNS etc and set the DNS servers of the Fritz!Box to point in that direction
The Draytek 130 is a great modem, but DrayTek user interface is not easy to understand or update
Enjoy the choices and both @grisu and I are Fritz!Box fans, shame for me that they have not got a geo-filter enabled device ;-)
