Worst company I had for bill is water company, they bill me basically annual and say we predict you will use this and will cost you this for the next year so we charging you x per month, then at some point they up there rates and at the end o the year I always owe them money… not sure why they don’t re-calculate the cost and say due to increased in prices, we expect it to cost you x so we are increasing your DD by x amount to cover it, as opposed so leaving it and then I owe them money.  Fortunately its never too much but still annoying, I prefer to not owe money and if they owe me money or I have a few quid cred that’s all fine with me.
