ASUS have come back and said for ASUS ZenWiFi BT8 Firmware version 3.0.0.6.102_58540 being removed…
———-
Due to the stability issue of AiMesh Node, 3.0.0.6.102_58540 is removed
———
I believe both the BT8 and BT6 use the same Mediatek MT7988D SoC, hence probable why the BT6 latest firmware was also removed.

August 27, 2026 at 11:23 pm #43279Thanks for the quick reply. Should I roll back to the previous 58407 version? Is there a way I can update all 10 nodes at the same time rather than individually?

August 28, 2026 at 6:49 am #43281If your ASUS nodes consist of ZenWiFi BT8 and BT6 and you have not noticed any issues with connectivity or node stability or you have noticed all your IoT devices are now showing on your main network, then I would revert back to 58407.
Personally I would update your main AiMesh router first and then the Nodes individually, I do know others believe this should be the other way around, but each to their own.
Not sure on updating all nodes at the same time and hopefully somebody else can advise.
Upgrade All AiMesh nodes at the same time:
