Looks like you have lost 7Mb is speed and your DS Interleave Depth is 558

Was previously 1, so I assume either modem is being switched on an off regularly or you have an issue with noise on you line.

Is modem near microwave or on a shared power socket, if not you need to have a chat with BT ?
