Great news, was you using AiCloud / DDNS before the firmware upgrade ?
Being cheeky, is it possible to disable DDNS and/or AiCloud to see if lighttpd Tainted error messages remains ?
In reality, as long as these services are working and you are not experiencing any issues, it is an issue only ASUS can fix and I can then let them know.
