OMG what a brilliant find! Nearly an hour on chat with Amazon (screenshots taken and saved) and several email exchanges with Asus left me completely confused and concerned. A quick post on here and a full and satisfactory answer.
I can now rest assured and enjoy the BQ16s for the beasts they are lol.
