Renewed with PlusNet, they offered me the next speed up for £1 more so went for that. interestingly, they said would be done 21st Nov, but speed changed on 21st or 22nd, website said error occurred, cannot make changes as change in progress so I figured upgrade still in process. Went on there forums, seems there is a hidden link to the tickets and there it shows they changed the date to be done by midnight 24th nov but I didn’t get a email. Seems this is a long standing frustration, that they change the date but you don’t get informed.
