Sorry to hear you are still having issues, alas HH^ cannot be used as Modem, but it can be used to connect to your RT-AC86U if you disable DHCP and wifi, and sett RT router WAN for Automatic IP, this will still make the HH6 perform NAT and routing which may effect gaming / voip / VPN’s etc?
HH6 will synch slightly better (higher) than the DrayTeK due to it being a Broadcom based Modem .
