I have seen from other users the DSL-N16 is using a high amount of RAM, I am sure the usage should not be that high, does the RAM usage ever increase to 58MB ?

Wifi password is interesting, is this 2.4Ghz and is this only with certain wifi clients, what length password are you using currently ?

Try changing wifi control channel to 3 or 7 ?
