Taking a step back, HDR10+ and Dolby can be streamed/moved by wifi/Bluetooth (25Mbps) as an example the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K supports HDR10+ and Dolby etc.

I was wondering if (not familiar with Apple TV), if you can connect Panasonic TV and Apple TV  via wifi and then leave sound bar connected to Apple TV or change order slightly etc ?

Only a thought and maybe an ethernet or USB connection on Apple TV or indeed Panasonic TV etc where you could attach a wifi card/device or run an ethernet cable between two TV’s etc?
