So recently had a car incident where a third party drove into the side of my car (not a good day) and they where insured by Aviva, (I was insured by another insurance company).
So after the third party admitted liability, which made the process easier, Aviva Third Party Customer Care representative (UK) contacted me and walked me through a few options including finding a garage for the vehicle to be repaired etc. which all went well and was very civilised, Aviva even send you text updates which then enables you to log into the AVIVA (yourcarrepair.co.uk) site to check progress of vehicle repairs etc.
Aviva for there Third Party Customer Care (TPC) team, seem to have two departments, a call centre in Asia and a second team based in UK.
All further contact with the Aviva Third Party Customer Care team was via the call call centre based in ASIA and that experience is dreadful, really dreadful, but if they then pass you to the second TPC team in UK, this team was a dream to speak with.
Contacting the Third Party Customer Care team in UK is very tricky and best way I found to contact them was to use the below email address, which is not listed any where upon there web site and is not searchable by Google.
