I stumbled across this manufacturer whilst looking at washing machines and realised Ebac are a British manufacturer of washing machines which come with a 7 year warranty (parts and labour)
I am looking at the AWM96D2-WH White, any body else use this model and is it any good, alas the Ebac website does not contain much technical detail around the washing machine builds but from what have I seen it does make me wish I had not purchased my Samsung washing machine

May 7, 2020 at 1:14 pm #7060I spoke with an online sales representative from Ebac this morning as it still looks like Ebac have no plans for production of any Tumble Dryer units .
So those looking for a quality matching Washing machine and Tumble Dryer, unfortunately still need to consider Miele etc, as first choice for matching appliances

June 7, 2020 at 6:55 am #7916Looks like Ebac are now only offering a standard 3 year (was 7) Parts and Labour Warranty against there range of washing machines, most disappointing as I assume you now have to pay for additional years coverage. ?
Edit: I just checked at Ebac website in more detail and it appears Ebac does offer an additional 4 years extended warranty only as a promotion (it appears) which would normally cost an additional £150 upfront for the extra 4 years parts and labour coverage normally .
Will be interesting how independent resellers market Ebac washing machines as the 7 years is default on certain suppliers websites (no additional cost) ?

Sneaky by Ebac I feel and I am sure they will loose direct sales as a result, but the split drum design and being a British manufacturer still appeals to myself
