April 5, 2023 at 2:43 pm #23588I like the part, ‘an employee used ChatGPT to convert meeting notes into a presentation’ this does happen (I have seen it) where an individual uses say an online word to pdf converter or a Google Translate like service to convert an agenda, meeting notes etc. but do not realise that the data is saved externally.
In a completely sane world, madness is the only freedom (J.G.Ballard).

Absolutely, that part caught my attention too! The idea of using ChatGPT to convert meeting notes into a presentation is genuinely innovative and showcases the practical applications of AI in our daily workflows.
However, your point about the potential risk of using external services for document conversion is crucial. It’s not uncommon for individuals to utilize online tools without realizing the implications of data being saved externally. Privacy and data security are paramount considerations in a professional setting.
I wonder if the integration of ChatGPT into Office 365 might alleviate some of these concerns by providing a more secure and seamless solution for document conversions. It’s always a balancing act between convenience and data security in the evolving landscape of AI applications.
Have you had any experiences or insights regarding data security concerns with similar tools? It’s an important conversation to have as we navigate the intersection of AI and everyday work processes.
Looking forward to hearing more perspectives on this! ????
