I communicated with ASUS regarding startup scripts and their Feedback from ASUS regarding startup scripts is below, only limitation is that your particular ASUS model supports Download Master.
Actually it can be done, you could inform users to install USB App such as Download Master(DM), once installed then under USB disk root > DM directory one could find script file that would be executed for perform DM related tasks, that script could be altered to suit ones need. Thanks.
