I bought a Pritom Android tablet that would not connect to my Wifi system. I tried all the usual fixes, checking the password, restarting the router, unplugging the router, resetting the router, restarting the tablet, resetting the tablet, turning wifi off then on, turning airplane mode on then off etc. Still wouldn’t connect. I sent it back, thinking it must be a fault with the tablet, and recieved a new replacement. The same thing has happened, no connection. There must be something preventing connection but so far the tech ‘experts’ can only tell me to do what I have already tried. Anyone have any ideas? I am so frustrated with this situation.

Welcome, does the Pritom Android tablet see your Wifi SSID (name) and when you type in the wifi password, is this when its fails to connect ?
What wifi router are you using and how long is your wifi password (characters) ?

Use fix WiFi channel 1 on 2,4 GHz, turn off WPA3 and PMF, choose a password with 12 alphabetical letters (nothing else).
If it still doesnt connect try it somewhere else (friends, parents).
Nothing more you could do.
