galaxy tab s9 FE+ i am sesperate, when i try to use downloader app i get, storage permission required to store file. can anyone help please?

Welcome, you need to turn permissions on or off for installed apps, I forget which one it is.
Try from Home screen, Navigate to Settings >Apps
Hopefully form the list of Apps, you can Locate then select the appropriate app that is causing the issue and select Permissions.
From the ‘Not allowed’ section, tap an available permission (e.g., Contacts, Location, etc.)
In short try : Settings > Apps & notifications > [App name] > Permissions, and then look for the storage permission option within the app’s settings.
See if these options are available as these are generic Android instructions, but should be helpful
If above does not work, try Under Settings > Apps > Automate Storage permissions, the permissions for Storage is on. The ‘App ops’ for “Read External Storage”.
