If you can send a feedback form explaining the problem, from your routers UI and mention ‘UK Sentinel’ in comments box, this will hopefully help.
BTW: I am sure this is a known problem ASUS are already aware of with their Wifi 7 products and adaptive QoS not working (but I will remind them)

July 8, 2024 at 5:45 am #32738I Spoke with ASUS and they say the following for the GT-BE98
——-
Don’t see the issue on GT-BE98 with 3.0.0.6.102_34372.
Suggest the user to try Private browsing/incognito mode or disable the extensions.

July 8, 2024 at 6:06 am #32739I’ll explain:
The values ββentered in the upload/download field are taken into account by the firmware but it is as if I entered 0/0.
In fact, if I exit and return the values ββare those entered by me.
It is precisely the QoS engine that does not take charge of the values ββeven if they are apparently entered.
Maybe the tech department should test the QoS better than a hasty response.
Thank you.
P.S. however there is something contradictory between what the technical department says and what Merlin says. Merlin claims that all wifi7s have broken qos.

July 8, 2024 at 6:58 am #32741I don’t disagree, did you manage to send a feedback form ?
Did this issue also happen on previous firmware release ?
