So this happened to me today (first time ever and have owned various iPhones since 2014) , my iPhone calendar started to show calendar pop notification of  rude and sexual visited sites (that I had not visited).

Luckily or not, it is a simple option to remove and this in reality is not a hack as  such. more a spamming technique used to exploit the iPhone calendar app. as the spammer may have got hold of your email address, but at no time is any personal information lost, they just hope you will click on the pop-up calendar notification URL to remove Virus (As if)

Anyway, to remove the iPhone Calendar virus try this for iOS 14 .

    • Go to Settings and select Calendar.
    • Tap Accounts and try to spot the malicious entry. Examining account details such as the email address should give you some important clues about which one is the culprit.
    • If you find the rogue item, go ahead and delete it using on-screen prompts.

This worked for myself and no new inappropriate Calendar pop ups appear and inappropriate Calendar entries are removed.

I read to try to reduce these iPhone Calendar virus annoyances – An important tactic is to change your calendar settings. “Make sure none of your devices (iPhone, Mac, Outlook) are set up to auto-accept calendar invites,”

Since anyone with your email can send calendar invites, adds Hatter, “you can block their email address and/or report their invites as junk.” Another option? “Create a ‘burner’ email address for sharing that is not connected to your primary account so that spam will go there.”
