Hi techs, I have a new LG Oled tv which I have synced my sky q remote with, but I can’t seem to sync the up/down scroll buttons? So when I turn the tv on with the sky remote, I have to scroll down and press the sky icon on the lg remote first, I can then use the sky q remote for everything else.. cheers Dave

You have exactly the same set-up as myself, we have on 55″ LG OLED TV and use SKY Q.

If you are referring to the Up and Down scroll buttons on the SKY Q remote, then for us our this works well.

Is the SKY Q remote a replacement or genuine and maybe worth putting in a new set of batteries.

Try a different pairing code for the SKY Q remote and the pairing code we used was Code 0206 – but these may work also and another option to try is to unplug SKY box for 30 mins and then plug back in and turn on, then run through the set-up again.
