FWiW, my ASUS DSL-AX82U running @GNUton firmware is running miniupnpd 2.3.8

option ipv6_disable '1') or removingipv6_listening_iprestores IPv4 functionality, which confirms the issue is IPv6-specific.Are you using IPv6 and/or (dual stack) and what version miniupnpd’s is your ASUS ROG Rapture GT-BE98 using ?

IPv6 native.
miniunpnpd 2.2.0.

As an update, I still have not had any feedback from ASUS regarding ASUS GT-BE98 Firmware version 3.0.0.6.102_37902 and miniunpnpd 2.2.0.
Doesn’t look promising but thank goodness for third party developers such as @RMerlin and @GNUton.

Thanks.
I spoke with gnuton, who told me he’s had a busy life.
It seems he’s now back to “working” on new releases. You need to login in order to vote

February 15, 2026 at 9:55 am #41847Is it all ok, 3074.
but after a while the nat becomes moderate
the solution is always the same, install gnuton/merlin.common….adaptive QoS doesn’t work again
xbox remote play does not work with both gnuton and stock firmware.
To make xbox remote play work (outside my lan) you need to forward port 9002 udp……..with DSL AX82U (stock fw no problem)
Ping radar……not convincing, I live in Italy and I know how much the ping must be in America or Eastern Europe ;-)
there is nothing to be done, asus does not listen to my feedback and/or what is written on the official forum.
p.s. Some issue for all family Wi-Fi7
