So had an interesting issue with our SKY Q box where the red light has been on for the last couple of days.

So I checked the SKY Q > Recordings > Scheduled and nothing was in the que.

Then checked Most Recent and all looked correct and also made sure there was still enough hard disk space.

Then had a look at Recordings > Manage > Downloading and in the que was a program that was or had downloaded at %139 (I forget which).

So deleted that program and red light went out.

was it a program you had requested? or mysteriously got added?

Program was a download we requested and partially watched.

I can only assume the SKY Q box got confused with its checksum or however the file is checked for integrity etc.
