One of our budding UNI students (have to be nice ) returned home for the weekend and showed me this great app – Too Good To Go: End Food Waste App.
Too Good To Go App allows you to purchase random food parcels called ‘Magic Bags’ I believe, at the end of the day from companies like Costa, Gregs and many other food outlets etc, they sell their End of date produce like panini’s, pastries, cakes etc, and you can purchase these ‘magic bags’ and then collect later in the day or the following day etc.
These ‘magic bags’ can contain anything from that particular outlet and is very random but great value and what a great way for financially restricted students (for example) to eat fairly well and save a few £ in the process
