Virgin Media users are facing a seriously frustrating morning with the popular ISP currently offline across the country. The gremlins appear to have begun at around 5am with thousands of reports flooding in from frustrated users. The bug isn’t like the usual outages with it only affecting some websites. That means Virgin users can still send messages on services such as WhatsApp but can’t access web pages.

It’s clearly a major problem for the Internet Service Provider with Downdetector, which monitors outages across the globe, showing some 26,000 reports. That’s one of the biggest glitches seen in a while.
