    1. TOBi “24/7” Online Chat – Why It Feels Always Busy

    Virgin Media promotes its TOBi virtual assistant as a 24/7 service, but in practice:

    • TOBi is primarily automated, not a guaranteed live agent

    • Users often see messages like “we’re busy right now” or experience long waits

    • Access to a human agent is inconsistent and usually limited to certain times

    • Being logged into My Virgin Media sometimes helps, but not always

    Bottom line:
    TOBi technically exists, but many customers find it unreliable for real support.


    2. Virgin Media Community Forum – Not Closed, But Changed

    There’s a lot of confusion about the Virgin Media community forum.

    • ✅ The forum still exists and is accessible at:
