A week later and the DPF light is still off and still no signs of any white smoke from the exhaust, it has rained a couple of times this week so we can now remove rain causing the exhaust white smoke also.
So seems adding the STP Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaner to a half tank of fuel and a motorway journey cured the Fiat’s DPF light coming on and white smoke from exhaust problem, DPF for now is clean
