Does the wall socket have any other type ports, as often with the cheaper sockets, 3 amps etc. will be the total to all USBÂ ports (shared)
In your case, the USB cable is just like a pipe, so will allow whatever is required by the phone or what can be given by the usb-c wall socket port (whichever is the least)
