Yes, my parents have the Gigaset box and I set it all up. Was working fine for around a month or so, then suddenly handsets had a error msg on them. The handsets were registered to the Box but the Box suddenly decided it didn’t want to connect to the provider.
I ended up looking online and then altering the settings but want to be able to do it remotely should it happen again.
