So I took the plunge last night and updated my iPhone 11 Pro to iOS 15.1 from 14.8 – took about an hour to download and install and so far no real issues noticed.

All my important apps (Mail – Ebay – Weather – Sky Go) etc. working well

Some reports suggest that the new iOS 15.1 owners have experienced some of the following problems.

  •  iPhone Overheating,
  • AirPods/Move To iOS Not Working,
  • iPhone No Service,

 

iOS 15.1 Issues and Bugs Fixed:

  • iOS 15.1 fixed Photos app that may incorrectly report storage is full when importing photos and videos
  • iOS 15.1 fixed Audio playing from an app may pause when locking the screen.
  • iOS 15.1 fixed Wallet that may unexpectedly quit when using VoiceOver with multiple passes.
  • iOS 15.1 fixed Available Wi-Fi networks may not be detected.
  • Battery algorithms updated on iPhone 12 models to better estimate battery capacity over time.
