I checked firmware on 850 and status and all ok so that made me confident not a drive issue but looked to be air flow issue but as mentioned above, increasing min fan speed looks to have solved issue so far, will have to see how long it solves it for, its either a perm fix or a temp one lol :)

So low Air flow in Bay 2 triggered a temp sensor warning, I suppose in a positive way, that is good and hopefully temp sensor warning does not re appear
